The General Manager position at R&R BBQ offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. This full-time role comes with a competitive starting salary ranged between $55,000 and $73,000, complemented by bonus compensation of up to $13,000, as well as generous perks such as health insurance. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing up to 50 employees, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship to ensure that every team member performs at their best. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from maintaining high food quality and safety standards to optimizing staff schedules and controlling costs in order to maximize profitable business performance. A typical day involves supervising the execution of R&R BBQ brand standards, ensuring customer service excellence, managing hiring processes according to company guidelines, and completing onboarding duties. Training and mentoring crew professionally to enhance performance is essential, as is maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and security policies. The General Manager will analyze sales and cost control data to troubleshoot profitability, organize the restaurant's operational needs including ordering supplies and preparing weekly staff schedules, and coordinate with district management through regular reporting.
