We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our vibrant guest services team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a critical role as the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities include assisting guests with the check-in and check-out process, managing phone inquiries, and handling special requests to ensure each guest experiences a seamless and pleasant stay. The Front Desk Agent is also tasked with maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all hotel features, room rates, packages, and daily operations to provide accurate information and assistance to guests. This role offers potential career advancement within the hotel’s management structure, including positions such as Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and even Area Vice President of Operations.
