In this role, RNDC is looking for talented and energetic Sales Support Representatives to join its growing sales team. The Sales Support Representative collaborates closely with Sales Leads and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure that customer orders are accurately delivered, merchandised, and priced. This position is critical in driving customer satisfaction by assisting with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating eye-catching product displays for purchased items. The Sales Support Representative plays an integral role in building and solidifying strong relationships with account personnel through attentive customer service and proactive support. Key responsibilities include placing price and descriptive signage on products, monitoring account inventory levels, submitting replenishment orders to maintain stock, and maintaining merchandising reports that reflect current promotional activities and inventory status. The role also involves surveying accounts for opportunities to enhance merchandising through promotional materials and sharing competitive activity and pricing information with supervisors. This position may require flexible working hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs and cover sales territory as necessary. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training
• or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires a current, valid state drivers license
• Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
• Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry
• Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays
