The Porter position is central to sustaining the curb appeal and operational excellence of the property’s common areas and apartment units prior to new resident move-ins. In this role, you will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness, landscaping, and general upkeep in various environments including clubhouses, offices, models, dumpsters, and residential units. Your responsibilities will span from trash removal and lawn care to ensuring that apartments are in top condition before welcoming new residents. This position contributes directly to resident satisfaction by guaranteeing that the environments residents encounter meet or exceed expectations. You will work closely alongside maintenance and management teams to identify any repairs or improvements needed and will respond appropriately to emergencies following established policies. With an emphasis on safety, teamwork, and exemplary customer service, the role requires physical stamina and attention to detail. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

• must be able to lift 50 lbs
• must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day
