The Sales Lot Attendant role at Larry H Miller Automotive Group offers a unique chance for individuals passionate about building relationships, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and embracing innovation within the automotive retail sector. This position is vital in enhancing our customer experience by efficiently managing our dealership's vehicle inventory and maintaining an immaculate, organized lot. The Sales Lot Attendant will oversee vehicle cleanup, movement, and display, as well as ensure that each vehicle is properly tagged with disclaimers and keys. The ideal candidate is proactive, pays close attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and exhibits excellent organizational and communication skills.
In this role, you will serve as a frontline representative of our brand, maintaining the quality and appeal of our vehicle inventory to attract and delight guests. Your responsibilities will include verifying incoming vehicles against invoices, cataloging keys using the Key Track system, inspecting vehicles for damage, and ensuring that all necessary accessories and required stickers are present. Adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency are essential as you may be required to move and deliver vehicles throughout the dealership. Working outdoors and being on your feet for extended periods are expected aspects of the job, alongside operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
