The Sales Lead role at RNDC is a critical position responsible for advancing and securing sales within a designated territory. This position requires a proactive approach and a deep understanding of consultative selling techniques aimed at both servicing existing sales accounts and driving incremental business growth. The ideal candidate will emerge as the voice of the customer, ensuring that client needs and expectations are understood, met, and exceeded. This role demands exceptional client skills, a strategic mindset, and a dedication to frequent account visits to maximize revenue potential. The Sales Lead will establish tailored sales plans that align with customer needs and geographic considerations, delivering effective and efficient outreach. Sales Leads also play an integral role in educating customers on the most suitable product offerings, introducing new products based on market insights, and closing gaps in existing distribution channels. They set the overall selling plan for each customer and work closely with them to support their business strategies and goals, ensuring a collaborative partnership. Additionally, when a Support Representative partner is not available, the Sales Lead assumes responsibility for merchandising activities such as stocking shelves and building displays, further amplifying the impact on sales performance.   • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Four year college degree, preferred
  • 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires a current, valid state drivers license
