As a Sales Lead at RNDC, you will hold a pivotal position that directly contributes to the company’s growth by managing and expanding sales within a designated territory. This role requires proactive engagement with existing accounts while strategically driving incremental business growth through consultative and informed selling techniques. Your role as a Sales Lead is to serve as a trusted advisor to your customers, representing their voice within RNDC to ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will develop and implement individualized sales plans rooted in a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and the geographical market landscape. The Sales Lead is responsible for frequent account visits to provide personalized service, maximize revenue potential, and close distribution gaps by introducing new products. Working closely with customers, you will align RNDC’s offerings with their business goals and strategies to foster mutual success. Additionally, you may engage in merchandising activities such as stocking shelves and building displays, particularly in the absence of a Support Representative partner. The role also includes opportunities for growth through continuous learning of RNDC's products, services, and customer insights.   • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Four year college degree preferred
  • 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires a current, valid state drivers license
  • Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
  • Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
