The Sales Lead role at RNDC is an exciting opportunity within this thriving company. As a Sales Lead, your primary responsibility is to proactively advance and secure sales within your assigned territory through a focus on serving existing accounts and strategically driving incremental growth. This position demands a consultative approach to sales, where you educate customers about the right products and introduce new offerings to close distribution gaps. You will act as the voice of the customer by understanding their individual needs and crafting detailed sales plans that align with their business strategies and goals. Frequent account visits and excellent client relationship management are crucial in maximizing revenue potentials.
Beyond sales, the Sales Lead takes on merchandising activities when a Support Representative partner is not available, such as stocking shelves and building displays. The role requires a commitment to continuous development of sales skills and product knowledge. Flexibility is important, as this position may include working nights and weekends to support promotional activities. - One year certificate from college or technical school
- Four year college degree preferred
- 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires a current, valid state drivers license
- Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
- Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
