The Sales Lead position at RNDC plays a crucial role in advancing the company’s business by focusing on proactive sales growth within a designated territory. This role involves servicing the needs of existing sales accounts while strategically identifying opportunities for incremental business expansion through informed and consultative selling techniques. The Sales Lead acts as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer needs are deeply understood and effectively met. Responsibilities include frequent customer visits to deliver superior service and maximize revenue potential, crafting tailored sales plans that incorporate customer needs and geographic considerations, and supporting customers by aligning sales strategies with their business objectives. The Sales Lead also ensures accurate and prompt delivery of orders and, when no support representative is available, takes on merchandising duties such as stocking shelves and building displays. In this role, Sales Leads are also expected to develop their sales skills continually while acquiring in-depth knowledge of RNDC’s products, services, and customer base. The position may require working during nights and weekends to support promotional activities and other account-related engagements.   • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Four year college degree preferred
  • 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires a current, valid state drivers license
  • Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
  • Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
