As a Sales Lead at RNDC, you will have a pivotal role in driving sales growth and nurturing customer relationships within a designated territory. This role is designed for a proactive, customer-centered sales professional who excels at servicing existing accounts while strategically identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for incremental growth. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and preferences are well understood and addressed. The position requires the ability to educate customers on the optimal products for their unique requirements and to use consultative selling techniques to introduce new products that fill distribution gaps. Frequent visits to accounts to provide outstanding service and maximize revenue potential are central to the role. You will develop and implement individualized sales plans that reflect customer needs and local geographies, thereby creating an effective and efficient sales outreach strategy.
This position demands a hands-on approach, where you may often take on merchandising responsibilities such as stocking shelves and building product displays, especially in the absence of a support representative partner. Additionally, the Sales Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order delivery, following up with customers to maintain satisfaction. The role often requires working nights and weekends to support promotional activities and other account-specific events, making flexibility and dedication key components of success. It also involves ongoing development of sales skills and product knowledge to align with the evolving offerings and customer expectations at RNDC.                 - One year certificate from college or technical school
 - Four year college degree preferred
 - 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Requires a current, valid state drivers license
 - Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
