The Sales Lead position at RNDC is a critical role that centers on advancing and securing sales within a designated territory through both proactive account management and strategic growth initiatives. This role involves servicing existing accounts diligently while also identifying and capitalizing on incremental business opportunities through a consultative selling approach. Sales Leads act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs are thoroughly understood and met through product education, tailored solutions, and efficient service delivery. They develop and implement individual sales plans designed to maximize revenue potential by aligning outreach efforts with customer needs and geography. Responsibilities include frequent customer visits, order follow-up to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and if applicable, merchandising activities such as stocking and display building. The role requires a combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset to foster strong partnerships and support customer business objectives. This position may require working nights and weekends during promotional activities or special account events, reflecting the dynamic nature of the beverage distribution industry.                 - One year certificate from college or technical school
 - Four year college degree preferred
 - 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Requires a current, valid state drivers license
 - Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
