The Sephora store located in Columbia, SC, at 100 Columbiana Cir, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Coordinator to join their team. This full-time, hourly position is integral to maintaining the high standards and outstanding service Sephora is known for. The role involves supporting daily store operations, coordinating client services and events, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects Sephora's brand values. The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing schedules to facilitate smooth service and event execution, coaching team members, assisting with inventory and cash handling, and implementing visual merchandising standards.
