We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team at our oceanfront property. This full-time position, with an hourly rate of $26.50, offers a flexible schedule including Saturdays, making it ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to the success of our hotel and club. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is an essential link in advancing the company’s occupancy goals, increasing revenue, and enhancing guest satisfaction by supporting diverse sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of event materials, conducting tours for prospective clients, and working weekends to support walk-in business. On the marketing front, this role involves maintaining and updating website content, managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, maintaining the company’s photo and video library, arranging onsite tours and media visits, coordinating email outreach, and monitoring third-party site content for accuracy. Additional duties include managing digital display boards, activity calendars, company apps, and general office functions such as supply ordering and signage organization. This position demands the ability to multitask, work independently, and communicate effectively across departments and with external partners. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the public image and customer experience of our properties. We value candidates who are passionate about hospitality and storytelling and who take pride in creating memorable experiences for guests. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales, ideally within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous. A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential.
