We are currently seeking a passionate, diligent, and attentive Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless food service and enhancing the guest experience. The Food Runner will work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to facilitate the swift and accurate delivery of meals from the kitchen to the dining area. This position requires a commitment to speed, precision, and excellent customer service, as well as the physical stamina to maintain efficiency throughout the shift. In this role, the Food Runner will act as a critical link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that every dish arrives promptly and in perfect condition. The position demands strong communication skills to engage courteously with guests and team members alike, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Food Runner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the expo line as well as ensuring that the dining tables and server stations are prepared for service. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
