- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage department in a hotel or a 4-year college degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 3 to 4 years of related experience
- previous supervisory experience

- compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
