We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity with a competitive pay rate ranging from $35.70 to $39.25 per hour. This role demands an individual with strong expertise in OSHA standards, specifically someone holding an OSHA 510 Certification. The Safety Manager will take on a pivotal leadership role in driving workplace health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and encouraging a culture of safety across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing safety regulations, conducting rigorous safety audits and risk assessments, leading educational sessions to reinforce safety knowledge, and thoroughly investigating workplace incidents to prevent recurrence. The position also involves maintaining detailed safety documentation, producing compliance reports, and promoting safety awareness programs that empower employees to actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 3 to 5 years in safety management, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or warehousing, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous but not required.
