As part of the Arcis Golf team at Ocotillo Golf Club, you will be stepping into a dynamic sales role that is vital to the club's ongoing success and growth. The position works directly with the Sales Director to oversee the entire sales process, from the moment an inquiry is made to the successful closing of sales. This role is designed to maximize club revenue through the acquisition of new business and the expansion of the customer base. It requires a proactive and energetic individual who is passionate about sales, excels in building relationships, and is skilled at converting prospects into loyal customers.
The Sales Representative is responsible for scheduling sales calls, engaging in business development activities, and managing a qualified pipeline of leads. A key part of this role is utilizing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to organize prospects, maintain detailed notes, and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective. The position also involves leading club tours for potential clients, coordinating with various departments to customize experiences that align with client needs and interests, greatly enhancing the chances of closing sales.
In addition, the Sales Representative will be tasked with establishing a client base by targeting a mix of organizations, associations, social groups, and corporate businesses through both inside and outside sales efforts. The ability to drive lead generation through cold calling and other business development strategies is essential. The successful candidate will also be adept at accurately forecasting revenue and tracking bookings, making strategic use of CRM and sales funnel management tools to support these efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
