The role includes managing incoming calls through a multi-line telephone switchboard efficiently and courteously, vital for coordinating hospital communication. Receptionist duties extend to documenting incoming deliveries, maintaining the facility census book, and supporting admissions by printing round sheets and labels for Admissions & Records and Nursing departments. This is a Per Diem position requiring weekend and evening availability from 3:15 PM to 8:45 PM, offering competitive hourly compensation ranging from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professional phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work within a dynamic healthcare environment.
