As a CLEAR Sales and Service Representative, also known as an Ambassador, you will be the face of the company, working daily to grow membership bases by engaging travelers and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills as your primary goal will be to educate potential members on the benefits of CLEAR’s services and convert interest into actual memberships. In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be key to driving membership sales, achieving and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets with a consistent focus on customer satisfaction. Your responsibility goes beyond sales as you will also ensure safety and security by adhering to strict protocols, including verifying traveler identification and following airport and government regulations. Adaptability is essential, as you will present and sell various CLEAR products and services tailored to the needs of diverse customers. Your success will be a combination of your proactive engagement, upbeat attitude, and genuine passion for enhancing the travel experience through CLEAR’s innovative solutions. This full-time role demands flexibility, as you will work varying shifts including weekends and holidays, and requires the ability to stand for extended periods.   • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
