This full-time position involves leading and managing the front desk team to ensure that every guest encounter is welcoming, efficient, and memorable. Your leadership will inspire your team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, monitoring VIP and special requests, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and industry regulations. You will also handle financial duties such as staying up to date with hotel rates, promotions, and packages to optimize room revenue. A crucial aspect of your role will be operational oversight, including maintaining accurate logs and reports, managing communications such as mail and packages, and troubleshooting guest concerns promptly and professionally. Your problem-solving skills and ability to address both guest and workplace issues proactively will be essential to maintaining a positive and smooth-running front desk operation. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality environment, with a preference for supervisory experience. The role requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with relevant certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
