• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience with steakhouse or casual dining environments
• Current salaried management experience preferred
