The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order throughout guest rooms and hotel property areas in accordance with company policies. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a hospitable attitude to ensure guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will perform daily cleaning duties, interact courteously with guests, and support hotel operations by ensuring all areas remain inviting and sanitary. The position requires adherence to strict guidelines and procedures developed by the company to uphold the highest hospitality standards. You will be responsible for cleaning vacant and occupied guest rooms accurately and within specified time frames. Guest privacy and security remain a top priority, making professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness essential character traits. You will have access to guest rooms and hotel property, necessitating passing security clearance as per company policy. In this physically demanding role, you must be capable of standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying supplies, and performing activities such as bending, stretching, kneeling, and crawling. You will utilize proper procedures for handling linens, terry, and cleaning supplies, as well as applying knowledge of sanitation and safety practices. Your ability to maintain guest privacy, follow systematic cleaning processes, and respond promptly to guest requests will contribute significantly to our valued guest experience. Moreover, you will be expected to maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and personal appearance according to grooming and uniform standards set forth by the company. Reporting any maintenance issues or hazardous conditions to management is also part of your responsibility to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
