You will also be tasked with clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seating and floor areas, and effectively communicating table readiness to the serving team. This physically demanding position requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. You must be able to remain active and on your feet for 8 to 12-hour shifts while maintaining attention to detail and multitasking effectively.
