The company is currently seeking a skilled Rodbuster to join its team. In this role, the Rodbuster will work under the supervision of a Foreman and be responsible for the installation of all required reinforcing materials, including rebar, wire mesh, and post tension cables. Using hand tools and working from construction documents such as shop drawings, bar tags, and cut sheets, the Rodbuster plays a critical role in ensuring structural integrity in various construction projects. This role is essential to the foundation, walls, columns, structural decks, slabs-on-grade, and tilt-up and precast concrete installations. The Rodbuster position at Baker Construction is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of reinforcing installation techniques.
