This role typically spans three main focus areas: Heart of House (HOH), Bar, and Hospitality. The employment type for this position is full-time, and the pay range is competitive, starting from $18.00 up to $27.40 per hour, reflecting the experience and expertise brought by the candidate.\n\nAs a Department Manager, you will be responsible for planning, staffing, and developing department team members to meet and exceed performance standards. The role involves rigorous adherence to quality, safety, and service protocols that align with World Wide Wings' brand standards. Specifically, the Heart of House Manager oversees all food-related operations, including quality control, inventory management, and food safety compliance. The Bar Manager handles all adult beverage operations, inventory control, and compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) regulations. The Hospitality Manager ensures exceptional dining room service, focusing on guest satisfaction and team member training and motivation.\n\nThe role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage labor and food costs effectively to maintain profitability. Department Managers work closely with other management professionals and World Wide Wings support teams to execute operational strategies that enhance guest experiences and drive sales growth. They are also responsible for implementing incentive programs, performance appraisals, and succession planning within their departments. - Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred
- This role requires the completion of a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver's license to travel between units, a satisfactory background check, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
