This summer, Highgate is offering a paid internship opportunity within its Revenue Management team at its Boston properties. This 10-week immersive internship is designed to deliver hands-on experience in hotel revenue management and operations, granting interns exposure to various facets of revenue optimization in the fast-paced hospitality sector. Interns will support the hotel’s yield efforts through analysis and reporting focused on identifying revenue opportunities across all segments and distribution channels, aligned with budget, forecast, pace, and market demand. Participants will assist in preparing both short- and long-term reports and forecasts, gaining invaluable insights into revenue strategies and operational decision-making processes. • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree, or equivalent program in Hotel Management or related field
