The role we are currently hiring for is that of a Restaurant Supervisor, which can be filled as either a part-time or full-time permanent position within our Restaurant Operations team. This position involves assisting the Restaurant General Manager and Store Management Team in meeting the store’s business goals through the effective execution of various operations support activities. These activities include implementing assigned programs focused on product/service quality, cleanliness and sanitation standards, crew management, cost management activities, and the operations of assigned packaged programs. The Restaurant Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining high operational standards to ensure excellent customer experience and store performance. This role requires an individual who is energetic, adaptable, results-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have prior leadership experience in the food or retail industry, a strong work ethic, the ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • completed at least high school education
• at least 1-year experience as a team leader in a food or retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
