Reporting directly to the Store General Manager, the Restaurant General Manager will champion financial success and operational excellence, ensuring every guest receives impeccable service. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the order of service, proper table settings, and beverage service, aligned with both kitchen directives and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include coaching and counseling associates in partnership with People Services, addressing scheduling, payroll, and benefits. Candidates should be ready to perform hands-on duties that may include standing, bending, climbing stairs, and carrying up to 35 pounds. The position is offered with a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, classified as exempt from overtime.
