The open position is for a full-time Restaurant Manager who will join the Velvet Taco tribe and play a critical role in supporting the management team in overseeing the daily operations of the assigned restaurant. The compensation range offered for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 per year, with an additional 10% quarterly performance bonus potential, making it both a rewarding and challenging opportunity. • Must be over 21 years of age
• At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
• Food handlers certification / alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Results driven and team oriented
