The Cook I position at Crystal Mountain Resort's Food & Beverage Business Unit is an entry-level culinary role essential to the successful operation of the resort’s dining outlets. Reporting directly to the Lead Cook and Executive Sous Chef, this role is key to maintaining the back-of-house operations in specific outlets, ensuring that guests receive high-quality food and beverage products served correctly and safely. The Cook I is responsible for following recipes and standard operating procedures meticulously, as well as adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations. The role demands a strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety, as well as a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience that upholds the resort's reputation.
This position is seasonal and offers an hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23, reflecting the entry-level nature but also the valuable experience and skills gained in a dynamic, high-volume culinary environment.
