This position is for a Restaurant Manager who will report directly to the General Manager. The role requires a hands-on approach with a strong passion for service, leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships within the team and with guests. Restaurant Managers at Olive Garden are accountable for the overall operations of their restaurant with a focus on driving results, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and ensuring guest satisfaction. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
