The role of General Manager at Peppa Pig World of Play Chicago is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the strategic vision and operational success of the attraction. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring the achievement of short and long-term financial goals, including EBITDA, profit and loss management, and return on investment. A key focus of the role is to champion a guest-first culture that prioritizes memorable and exceptional experiences for all visitors. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics and customer insights to continuously improve service delivery while fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture aligned with company values.
In this role, the General Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to target diverse audiences and identify new market opportunities for growth. They will act as a visible and values-driven Brand Ambassador both internally and externally, strengthening the location's reputation and community relationships. The General Manager will be entrusted with managing budgets, optimizing revenue streams such as Revenue Per Capita and Midway sales, and ensuring operational efficiency through effective workforce planning and safety management. Additionally, the role requires overseeing capital projects, talent development including diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEI&A), and fostering partnerships with local nonprofits, businesses, and authorities.
