The Restaurant Manager at BJ's Restaurants is responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts. This includes hiring, training, supervising, and developing the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and uphold high standards of food and beverage quality. As a critical management figure, the restaurant manager exercises independent judgment on significant operational matters and ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The manager facilitates team communication through daily briefings, oversees maintenance and repairs, manages risk reviews, and leads local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
