The role of Restaurant Manager at Goode Company Kitchen and Cantina is a dynamic leadership position that requires a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to excellence. Managers are responsible for strategizing and executing resources efficiently to meet customer demands and organizational goals. They play an essential role in inspiring and leading their teams by exemplifying the company’s core values, driving continuous learning, and fostering a culture where employees take pride in their work and career development. In this leadership position, Restaurant Managers oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, food quality, staff training, and safety compliance. They are actively involved in daily operational tasks, such as training employees on food preparation and company standards, managing schedules, and maintaining operational and financial targets. The position requires a strong focus on delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and customer service, which directly impacts the guest experience. Moreover, the Restaurant Manager is entrusted with handling personnel management duties, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff in alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Communication and teamwork are crucial, as Managers must work closely with other managers and staff members to maintain smooth operations and high morale.   • 2 or more years of previous restaurant management experience a must
  • Knowledge of all kitchen (expo, mesquite, prep, line quality identifiers and standards) and dining room systems and operations (to go, host, bar, and service standards)
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
  • Spanish speaking a plus, not required
