The role of Restaurant Manager at Del Taco is pivotal in driving the brand's success at a local level by overseeing daily restaurant operations and leading a team to achieve sales and profitability goals. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the Restaurant Manager is tasked with protecting and delivering the Del Taco brand experience by strictly adhering to brand standards and operational processes. Achieving or exceeding sales plans involves setting clear sales goals, optimizing staffing based on projected and actual sales, expanding customer counts, and effectively executing local store marketing campaigns.
