The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is currently seeking an AM Restaurant Manager to join their dedicated Food & Beverage team. This full-time position focuses on managing the breakfast shift within the Adorn Bar & Restaurant and requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The AM Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in leading and supporting the restaurant team, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and alignment with the overall goals of the Food & Beverage division. Key responsibilities include overseeing morning meal service delivery, coaching and developing team members, driving performance metrics, and maintaining a strong operational presence throughout service periods. This role demands a proactive leader capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability. The AM Restaurant Manager will be involved in talent acquisition, scheduling, budgeting, menu engineering, and stock control to optimize restaurant operations. Additionally, they will promote a positive workplace culture by fostering communication, collaboration, and employee engagement. Familiarity with food and beverage operations, excellent leadership skills, and a strong command of the English language are essential for success in this role. A college degree is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as the Illinois Food Handlers Certificate and TiPS certification.   • Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management or relevant food and beverage supervisory role
  • Must hold a current Illinois Food Handlers Certificate
  • TiPS certification required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
  • US work authorization required unless currently a Four Seasons manager
