The Restaurant Manager works closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations that comply with company policies and standards. Key responsibilities include assisting in the selection and development of both front-of-house and back-of-house employees, supporting performance management with a focus on front-of-house staff, and overseeing general business administration tasks such as payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting. This position demands a proactive leader who can promote the business, drive sales, increase profits, and maintain brand integrity while ensuring a memorable guest experience.
