As a Restaurant Manager at Hooters in Orlando, Florida, you will play a crucial leadership role responsible for various operational areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. You will assist the General Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant in compliance with company policies and standards. This role requires a proactive and hands-on leader who can manage vendor relationships, oversee payroll, human resources, marketing efforts, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will be instrumental in hiring front and back of house staff and supporting their training and development to ensure they can excel in their roles.

The role covers a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to performance management, talent acquisition and retention, coaching and team leadership, guest service and satisfaction, maintaining product quality and launching new menu items, financial planning and delivering results, inventory and profit and loss management, compliance with responsible alcohol service and food safety standards, maintaining the image and presentation of Hooters Girls, ensuring facility cleanliness and safety, scheduling and staffing, cash handling, team building, and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will manage to-go service, catering, and local store marketing activities to further support business growth.
This position requires a strategic and operational mindset with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
