• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced, full service restaurant
• Completion of food safety and sanitation training
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
• Possession of other legally required certifications as applicable
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
