- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced, full service restaurant
- Completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
- Possession of other legally required certifications as applicable
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
