The role of the Service/Bar Manager at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is integral to the success of the front of house operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Service/Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, the appearance and service standards of the dining room and bar, and the leadership and scheduling of front of house team members.
