Enviro-Master of Denver North is a renowned commercial cleaning company dedicated to providing top-tier facility care across Colorado's Front Range. Specializing in environmentally responsible and highly effective cleaning solutions, Enviro-Master is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and satisfaction of its clients through meticulous and dependable services. As a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, the company has cultivated a culture rooted in core virtues such as humility, hunger for improvement, smart communication, and an unwavering team spirit. This supportive work environment fosters professional growth and personal satisfaction, emphasizing life/work balance so employees can thrive both on and off the clock.
Enviro-Master is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Commercial Cleaning Full-Range Technicians. This role offers more than just employment; it represents a career opportunity with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a clear pathway for advancement. As a Full-Range Technician, you will receive training across the company’s full array of commercial cleaning services, enabling you to deliver exceptional service that makes a tangible difference in the quality and safety of commercial spaces.
The position is part-time with pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, reflecting the high value placed on skilled and dependable technicians. With flexible Monday through Friday morning shifts, this role offers a healthy work schedule free of nights and weekends, supporting a balanced lifestyle. Employees enjoy autonomy in their work, regularly operating independently while backed by a cohesive team offering consistent support.
The technician's responsibilities include performing a specialized "Hard Reset" deep cleaning process in commercial restrooms, which involves thorough cleaning and disinfection of fixtures using state-of-the-art equipment and proprietary cleaning kits. Additionally, the role requires the deep scrubbing of hard floors such as tile, grout, cement, and linoleum using advanced power scrubbing and wet vacuum tools—not traditional stripping and waxing—ensuring long-lasting cleanliness. Technicians will also be responsible for installing and repairing high-tech restroom dispensers, serving as the primary point of contact for new customer service installations, and offering flexible support as needed across various operational tasks. The ability to float as a backup on weekly service routes or provide hourly assistance to Operations Managers adds dynamic variety and challenge to the role.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically handy, physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, and possess excellent English communication skills to interact confidently with team members and clients. Holding a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable and insured vehicle is necessary, alongside being tech-savvy with a smartphone to utilize routing and communication tools efficiently. While a high school diploma is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Enviro-Master values candidates with experience in cleaning, landscaping, route-based delivery, pest control, and hospitality maintenance, making this an inclusive opportunity for those with diverse backgrounds in service-oriented roles. Joining Enviro-Master means becoming part of a dedicated team that prioritizes ethical work practices, professional gear provision, and extensive paid training. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare plans covering dental and vision, paid time off, 401k plans, paid sick leave, and direct deposit for employee convenience.
This opportunity suits individuals passionate about maintaining clean, safe commercial environments and looking to build a rewarding career with growth and stability. With a strong commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction, Enviro-Master presents an environment where your efforts have real impact and where you are supported to excel and grow professionally while enjoying a balanced and fulfilling life.
