The role of Restaurant Manager at Smashburger is a pivotal position that ensures the delivery of the company's high standards related to food quality, guest service, team management, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the performance of multiple Shift Leaders and employees, promoting a fun and positive work environment, and overseeing the execution of key processes and systems that focus on people and performance management. This role demands a leader who exemplifies the company’s SIZZLE service standards and actively supports the ongoing training and development of all team members. The manager will also be accountable for ensuring food safety compliance, managing daily operational checklists such as line checks, uniform standards, opening and closing procedures, and safe and deposit logs.
