We are currently hiring a full-time Cook to join our team at the ESS Lower 48 location in Lafayette, Louisiana. This role offers a rotational schedule with 2 to 4 weeks on duty followed by 1 to 2 weeks off, designed to balance work commitments with personal time effectively. Candidates will earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12.00 to $19.00, with a starting weekly rate at $1,325. Additional perks include meals and lodging provided during assignment periods and eligibility for weekly overtime. The position requires prior culinary experience and preferably experience working offshore or at remote land sites, emphasizing the unique challenges associated with preparing food in constrained, high-demand environments.
The Cook role is critical in upholding food safety standards, quality, and presentation while managing kitchen operations efficiently.
