This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a Jack in the Box restaurant. Unlike corporate-owned locations, this restaurant is owned and managed by an independent franchisee who is responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, wages, disciplinary actions, supervision, staff scheduling, and all other employee management functions. As such, the successful candidate will be employed directly by the franchisee rather than Jack in the Box Inc. The Restaurant Manager position is a key leadership role focused on the successful overall management of the restaurant operations. This is a full-time position with an hourly wage range of $21 to $25, supplemented by an annual bonus potential of $8,000.
