Your duties will also include clearing dishes, resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table readiness to the team, and breaking down items in the dish area. This fast-paced job requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills, as you will be actively moving throughout the restaurant and standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
