The Restaurant Manager role at Invited holds a vital position ensuring the smooth and exceptional daily operation of food and beverage services within the club’s restaurant. This junior management role reports directly to the Restaurant Director or the Food and Beverage management team. The Restaurant Manager is tasked with maintaining high service standards, delivering quality food and beverage service, and guaranteeing member and guest satisfaction at all times. The role demands a hands-on approach, especially during low-volume periods, where the manager may perform direct service duties to uphold seamless operational flow. Responsibilities also include supervising service staff, overseeing room setups for special events, managing reservation books, handling opening and closing procedures, and driving consistent compliance with safety and service policies.

- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years food and beverage industry experience
