The position available is a key supervisory role responsible for restaurant operations within the hotel. This role involves supervising restaurant activities in the absence of the manager, ensuring that daily operations flow smoothly and guests receive outstanding service. The successful candidate will control reservation systems, maintain guest history files to enhance repeat experiences, and manage seating assignments and dining room inspections to uphold the highest standards in cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role also includes assigning workstations and pre-meal side work to restaurant staff, monitoring dining room activity, and assisting servers as needed to maintain service performance. Greeting guests in a professional, polite manner and promptly addressing special requests or needs are critical responsibilities.
