  • 2 years General Manager experience for external candidates
  • 6 months Pei Wei Sr./Assistant Manager position for internal candidates
  • certified in Pei Wei Culinary and Front-of-the-House Operations
  • ability to reach, bend, balance and transport up to 30 lbs
  • capacity to stand and walk for eight to ten hours per shift
