The General Manager must be adept at managing schedules, labor costs, inventory, and compliance with various operational and legal standards. This role requires a dynamic individual with at least 5-7 years of experience in full-service restaurant management, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence.   • 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
