The role of Restaurant General Manager at IRHG is a critical leadership position requiring over five years of experience managing high-volume upscale restaurants with seating capacities between 200 and 300 covers. This role blends passion for food, operational expertise, and community engagement to create memorable experiences for both guests and team members. The successful candidate will spearhead all operational facets of the restaurant, including managing finances, fostering a productive and positive culture, overseeing events, and ensuring high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
